Terms of service
Last updated 28 October 2026.
Who we are
TableBooker is a table reservation service for restaurants, provided by Orsuno, No. 220, Radiant Lotus Apt, Block II, Kodichikkanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076, India ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the restaurant business that creates an account ("you").
Your account
- You must give accurate business and billing details and keep your login secure.
- The account owner is responsible for the people they invite as admins, managers or staff.
- You must have the right to publish the photos, text and details you put on your booking page.
The service
We provide a booking page and widget for your guests, a dashboard and Telegram booking cards for your staff, and guest messages about their bookings. We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. Features and limits depend on your plan, as shown on our pricing page.
Your guests' data
Guest details collected through your booking page belong to your restaurant. We process them on your behalf only to run the service, and never sell them or use them to market other restaurants. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your guests outside the booking messages we send. See our privacy policy.
Fees and billing
- Plans are billed per location, monthly or yearly, in advance, plus 18% GST in India. Customers outside India are billed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record, which adds local tax and handles those payments.
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial and must authorise a card or UPI Autopay mandate first. Charges start when the trial ends unless you cancel.
- If a payment fails, you have 7 days to pay before online booking pauses. Staff-entered bookings keep working.
- Cancellation and refunds are covered in our cancellation and refund policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use TableBooker to send spam, to collect data unrelated to bookings, to break the law, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where we can.
Ending the service
You can cancel at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or straight away for serious breach of these terms. Before your account closes you can ask us for an export of your bookings and guest list.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses, including bookings lost while the service was unavailable.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes at least 14 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
