Questions owners ask
Do I have to leave Zomato, Swiggy Dineout or District?
No. Keep them for discovery. TableBooker is for the guests who already know you: your regulars, your Instagram followers, people who find you on Google Maps. Those bookings come to you without a commission.
My staff will not learn new software.
They do not have to. Bookings arrive in Telegram as messages with buttons. Staff tap Accept, Seat or No-show. Adding someone takes one invite link.
Why do you ask for a card or UPI Autopay for the trial?
So your bookings keep working the day the trial ends. Nothing is charged for 14 days, we remind you 3 days before, and you can cancel in one click.
What if I only get a few bookings a month?
At Rs 999 a month, Starter costs less than ten diners at a typical per-diner fee. Phone and walk-in bookings in the same book cost nothing extra.
Who owns the guest data?
You do. Guest names, numbers, visits and notes belong to your restaurant. We never show your guests other restaurants, and we never sell or share their details.
Do guests get WhatsApp messages?
Email confirmations and reminders work today. WhatsApp confirmations with "I'm coming" and "Cancel" buttons are on the way.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get 7 days and a payment link before anything changes. Even then only online booking pauses: your existing bookings, your dashboard and your staff keep working.
